MR. JOIEL AKILAN is responsible for setting up BBVA, S.A. Representative Office in India in 2007 and developing various banking businesses. He has set up the FII Business for BBVA and is their Executive Director & Chief Representative. Prior to BBVA, he was Country Head for India, Nepal, Srilanka and Bangladesh for Intesa Sanpaolo. Prior to this he worked with RZB Austria, Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank.
He serves on several Boards including the Board of The Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India, the Indo-Spanish Chamber of Commerce. He is an invited member of the Board of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is on the Governing Council of the European Business Group.
He graduated in Production Engineering, has a Business Management degree, a degree in Law and has completed a Corporate Management Program from IESE Business School, Spain. He is married to Neslin Daisy and has 2 daughters Judy Kathryn and Brittany.

MR. SUGANTH SAMUEL is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years of experience in Banking & BFSI Sector. He has worked across operations, credit, sales, investment banking, private equity, business development and treasury. Currently, he is associated with Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd as the General Manager – Treasury. Prior to joining Indiabulls, he held positions in various capacities with esteemed organisations like B&K Securities Pvt. Ltd., ICICI Bank, Axis Bank & HDFC Bank.
By qualification, he is Commerce graduate and MBA in Finance. He was selected as one of the participants representing India at the Leadership Seminar conducted by the Haggai Institute in Maui, Hawaii, USA in October 2019.
He is married to Moushumi Mandal and has a nine year old son, Nathanael.
MS. SHERRAL SUMAYA has eleven year of working with MNCs including Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and Coca Cola India. Her strength has been managing people and has handled administrative roles, HR responsibilities as well as Operations.
She was privileged to co-ordinate the prestigious Cricket World Cup in the year 1996 sponsored by Coca Cola India pvt ltd. Thereon she took on an entrepreneurial journey and has been a Director with companies viz., Autograph Cars Pvt Ltd., Veer Life style Estates Pvt ltd., and Counseleagle consultants LLP.,
Passionate about Truth and Leadership in Business Ethics she is an active Executive Committee member of the Logos Management and focuses on making a difference to the professionals, executives and entrepreneurs. She Lives with her husband Chandan Sumaya in Mumbai.

MR. NATHAN ANDREWS has been involved in the hospitality and real estate development industry for over 30 years. From setting up the first training offices for the Oberoi Hotels in Egypt and Iraq through to heading India’s first privately developed city Lavasa his roles have been diverse, spanning four continents and over twenty countries.
Along the way he has opened multiple luxury hotels, developed food & beverage concepts, operationalized India’s first shopping mall, planned and marketed real estate townships, while also setting up educational institutions and theme parks.
An alumnus of the Said Business School, Oxford University and a Member of the Institute of Directors. He has an honorary doctorate in Hospitality Management and is a Colson Fellow., serves The Life Focus Society and also on the Boards of CBMC India, CBMC Asia, Bethany Trust and the Advisory Board of Lausanne Movement Workplace Ministry.
He is married to Marise and they have a daughter Kea.
MR. SOLOMON RAJ Joined India’s largest Bank State Bank of India as Probationary Officer in 1957 and rose to become Dy.Managing Director International Banking in 1993 overseeing the operation of the Bank across the globe.
On retirement from SBI he established the IndusInd Bank in 1994 and served as its first MD and CEO. The bank became No1 among all banks in India on efficiency parameters. Thereafter he Joined Hinduja Group as an Advisor on investments. Additionally, he established a technology company for the Group which is currently thriving. He retired from the Group in September 2021 at the age of 87 years.
He is the Chairman of the prestigious Cathedral School in Mumbai. His spouse Mrs. Padma Solomon Raj passed away in 2010. He is blessed with 2 sons and 2 daughters who are well settled in different parts of the country.

MR. JOSE PHILIP has 29 years of administrative and management experience.
He Specialises in destruction of classified waste. An Engineer by profession, he lives in Mumbai. His current interest includes “saving the environment”. He started his career as a Trainee mechanical engineer with a Netherlands based company and is currently the Technical Director of a Mumbai based firm. He has also been part of the Gideons International both at the State level and the National level. He is married to Souji and they have a daughter, Jenny .
MR. RAJIV CHELLADURAI is a sought-after speaker and has spoken in many forums as well as educational institutions. He has also been featured on Radio stations. He has over two decades of corporate experience having worked for some of the leading business entities which include the Tata’s, Birla’s, Max New York Life Insurance, BPL. In his last assignment, Rajiv was the Chief Distribution Excellence Officer at Tata AIA life Insurance Co. Ltd.
Rajiv has authored 4 books – GIFT, Wisdom Workout, Fearless in Battle, and his latest release Leadership Parables.
He has currently set up his own organization ‘ERGOS MIND’ to use the skill, expertise and experience he has gained during his corporate stint to add value to corporate organizations and educational institutions. ‘ERGOS MIND’ does so through the following ways: Business Consulting, Interventions, Workshops and Coaching. Rajiv’s recent venture has been “The Purpose Project” which helps individuals discover and live out their unique purpose in life. He and his wife are blessed with a son and 2 daughters

MR. SAMUEL JOHNSON JEBARAJ is a banker with about 30 years of experience. He is a whole-time Director on the Board of IDBI Bank at present. Has handled almost all aspects of banking including Project and Trade finance, Corporate lending, SME & Agri finance, Loan recovery, Treasury, Accounts, MIS, IT, Digital Banking, HR, etc.
Prior to joining IDBI Bank, he was with the Exim Bank and had performed various roles including as CFO of the Bank. Prior to shifting to Mumbai, was in-charge of Exim Bank’s offices in Hyderabad, Milan & London. He was incharge of Exim bank. By qualification, he is an Electronics & Communication Engineer and a MBA in finance. He sits on a few Boards as Nominee Director. Is a regular speaker on Banking related topics.
He is married to Malathy and they have two children.
Rajesh K V is a first-generation and the only Christian in his family. He got baptised in 2000. Post his conversion, he worked as a missionary in Northeast India (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur and Meghalaya) for 7 years. He has professional experience of almost 20+ years in the advertising and publishing business. At present, he is with Amar Chitra Katha as a Deputy Head of Brand Stories. He is loves storytelling and conducting various workshops for school children. His passion lies in re-evangelising, faith formation among adults and winning new souls for Christ. He is married to Christaline Dsouza and has 2 children – Joshua & Esther.
